At Vega+, we strive to ensure that all vehicles and auto parts are delivered in excellent condition. This Damage Policy outlines the steps we take to address any damages that may occur during transportation or upon delivery, as well as your responsibilities when receiving goods.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect their vehicle or auto parts at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel or noted on the delivery documentation.
2. Reporting Damage
If damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify Vega+ within 48 hours by contacting our customer service team. Please include detailed photos of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue.
3. Damage Responsibility
Vega+ is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, installation by unqualified personnel, accidents, misuse, or modifications made after delivery. Damages caused during third-party shipping not arranged by Vega+ may not be covered.
4. Resolution Process
Once a damage claim is submitted, our team will review the provided information. If the damage is verified and qualifies for compensation, we will offer one of the following solutions based on the circumstances:
- Repair or replacement of the damaged item
- Partial refund
- Full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
5. Packaging and Returns
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original packaging (if available) and protected to avoid further damage during return transit. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.
6. Exclusions
This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality, or damages reported outside the specified timeframe.
